Mobile shed frame system is a steel structure framework assembled by head frame, tail frame and multiple middle frames connected through longitudinal beams. The wall surface can adopt flame-retardant and anti-aging PVC coated fabric or metal composite panels.

The driving system is motor-driven with chain or rack and pinion transmission. Driving wheels and driven wheels run on preset tracks to drive the whole shed to move.

The track system adopts I-shaped steel or heavy-duty tracks laid on workshop ground, providing guiding and load-bearing support for the moving shed.

The sealing system consists of bottom sealing between shed and ground, joint sealing between movable frame units and end sealing at gates and terminals. Rubber sealing strips are mostly used to prevent leakage of paint mist and waste gas.

The lighting system adopts explosion-proof and sealed LED lighting panels evenly arranged on both sides and top inside the shed to create bright and shadow-free lighting conditions.

The ventilation and purification system is composed of air supply units, filters, exhaust fans and paint mist treatment devices. It supplies clean air, captures paint mist particles and purifies waste gas effectively.

After workpieces are well prepared, start the spray booth to stretch the shed into an enclosed working space. Meanwhile, the internal air supply, exhaust and air purification systems start operation. External air undergoes primary filtration at air inlets, is delivered into static pressure chambers by air blowers, and flows into working areas after secondary filtration through top filter cotton, forming top-down air curtains. Paint mist flows downward along with airflow, passes through bottom filtration and is discharged at high altitude. After spraying operation is finished, retract the shed for workpiece hoisting and transportation.

It realizes high-efficiency space utilization. The retractable shed can be folded up when not in use, saving about two-thirds of permanent floor area.

It features high flexibility and wide applicability. The stretching length can be adjusted according to workpiece sizes to process large workpieces of various dimensions and shapes.

It lowers overall investment cost. It greatly reduces civil engineering and space expenditure with simple and rapid fabrication and installation, and the one-time total investment is much lower than that of fixed spray booths with equal processing capacity.

It delivers excellent environmental protection performance. Equipped with high-efficiency paint mist and organic waste gas treatment devices, it can fully capture paint mist particles and purify exhaust gas to meet national environmental discharge standards.

It ensures high safety and reliability. Explosion-proof electrical appliances and lamps are adopted, and the driving system is fitted with overload protection and limit switches. The main steel structure is made of non-combustible materials, and automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems can be additionally equipped.
