If this problem occurs frequently, add A.B suspending agent into the water tank. After 30 minutes, the impurities will float on the water surface, which can be fished out with a fine filter screen. Regular dosing is recommended for daily maintenance.
2. Why do spray nozzles frequently block and how to clean them?
Incomplete filter plates are the main cause of nozzle blockage. Do not remove the filter plate during daily cleaning; gently sweep it up and down instead. For deep cleaning, remove the viewing window screws and transparent plate. Wear protective clothing to enter the tower, disassemble and clean the nozzles, then reinstall them. After cleaning, flatten the internal packing, place the rubber gasket, and lock the viewing window screws.
3. How to improve poor moisture removal of the demister layer?
Spray towers are designed following the principle of "oversized rather than undersized". If the demister cannot remove water mist completely, fill the demister layer with more polyhedral hollow balls. If the problem still exists under normal air volume, install an additional demister at the air outlet (tower reducer section).
4. Why does the internal packing shift to one side and how to handle it?
Unmatched fan air volume and tower size cause excessive airflow, pushing the packing sideways. Flatten the displaced packing manually, and cover the packing layer with a mesh plate with a hole diameter less than 5 centimeters to fix the position.
5. What causes frequent packing blockage and the corresponding solutions?
High concentration of particulate pollutants leads to packing clogging. Add triethanolamine or other cleaning solvents into the circulating water, with a small amount of detergent. Apply small doses frequently to keep the tower clean. In addition, add A.B suspending agent to float dirt and impurities, and regularly fish out floating contaminants with fine filter screens.
