The company's technical R&D personnel fully absorb, digest and integrate advanced technologies in various fields. Through joint discussion and research with industry experts and repeated experiments, a generation of waste gas purification equipment has been successfully developed by using microwave photooxygen catalysis technology. This equipment adopts the reasonable optimized combination of electrodeless lamp, microwave plasma, ultraviolet ray and photocatalyst technology to treat odor and industrial waste gas efficiently. Through synergistic effect, the ozone production increases exponentially. The characteristics of microwave are used to improve the chemical reaction rate and reduce reaction steps. 2. Application Scope

It is suitable for the deodorization and purification of organic and inorganic malodorous gases in food processing plants, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, poultry feed mills, paper mills, sewage treatment plants, garbage transfer stations, feces treatment stations, refineries, rubber factories, leather factories, printing factories, chemical plants, hospitals, traditional Chinese and western pharmaceutical factories, metal foundries, plastic recycling plants, spraying solvent plants, electroplating and welding plants.

3. Technical Principle

Adopting advanced technical concepts, high-energy C-wave ultraviolet beam and ozone are used for synergistic decomposition and oxidation reaction of malodorous gas. Malodorous substances are degraded into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide.

Ozone has strong oxidation effect on organic matter and can effectively remove malodorous gas and other pungent odors. As an independently developed high-tech environmental protection purification product, it can decompose toxic and harmful substances in malodorous gas to achieve deodorization effect. The decomposed malodorous gas can be discharged harmlessly without secondary pollution, and it has efficient disinfection and sterilization function.
This equipment can efficiently remove volatile organic compounds (VOC), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptans and other major pollutants and various peculiar odors. The maximum deodorization efficiency can reach more than 99%. The deodorization effect is much higher than the national standard GB14554-93 Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants and GB16297-1996 Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants.
