Project Overview
A large-scale auto parts manufacturing plant in East China has a painting production line that generates a large amount of organic waste gas containing benzene, toluene and xylene as well as spraying dust, with strict environmental protection requirements.
Solution
We provided it with a combined process of "zeolite rotor concentration + rotary RTO". The exhaust gas generated by the spray booth is pre-treated by a pulse filter cartridge dust collector to remove dust particles. Then, it enters the zeolite rotor for adsorption and concentration. The concentrated high-concentration exhaust gas then enters the rotating RTO for high-temperature oxidation and decomposition, with a purification efficiency of over 99%.
Project achievements
The system operates stably, with the VOCs emission concentration far below the national strictest emission standards. Moreover, the RTO system has a high heat exchange efficiency and significantly reduces operational energy consumption, helping customers achieve the dual goals of environmental protection compliance and energy conservation and consumption reduction.
