Working Principle
Adsorption process: Impurities such as particles are removed in the pretreatment unit. Purified waste gas flows into the adsorption area. Activated carbon or zeolite molecular sieve adsorbs VOCs, and the clean gas is discharged up to standard.
Desorption process: When the adsorbent is saturated, hot air is used for purging and desorption. Organic pollutants are resolved to form high-concentration waste gas, and the adsorbent recovers adsorption capacity.
Catalytic combustion process: High-concentration waste gas enters the catalytic combustion chamber. With precious metal catalysts such as platinum and palladium, VOCs are oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water at 300-400℃.

Common Types
Activated carbon adsorption catalytic combustion machine: Activated carbon enriches VOCs. Saturated adsorbent is desorbed by hot air, and high-concentration waste gas is sent to the combustion furnace.
Zeolite rotor catalytic combustion machine: Zeolite rotor is adopted for adsorption and concentration. It has large adsorption capacity and high temperature resistance, suitable for large-air-volume and low-concentration waste gas.

Coating industry: Applied in automobile, furniture, engineering machinery and home appliance spraying processes to purify benzene, ester and alcohol waste gas.
Printing and packaging industry: Suitable for gravure printing, flexographic printing and screen printing. It treats ketone, ester and aromatic hydrocarbon waste gas generated by ink volatilization.
Chemical and pharmaceutical industry: Used for fine chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate production. Custom pretreatment is designed for complex gas components to avoid catalyst poisoning.
Rubber and plastic industry: Purify hydrocarbon and sulfide waste gas produced by rubber vulcanization and plastic granulation. Some equipment is resistant to corrosive gas.

Other industries: Applicable to leather processing, food processing and ink manufacturing according to waste gas characteristics.
Notes
This equipment is not applicable to waste gas containing halogen, heavy metal, sulfur and phosphorus which cause catalyst poisoning. Toxic substances shall be removed by pretreatment in advance.
