General introduction: The integrated mobile spray and baking booth is a flexible and environmentally friendly coating equipment integrating spraying and baking functions. 1. Core Structural Composition
Booth System

The exhaust system extracts paint mist and organic waste gas generated during spraying. The gas passes through paint mist filters (dry filter cotton, water curtain) and purification devices (activated carbon box, catalytic combustion equipment) to achieve compliant emission.
Heating and Temperature Control System
It is the core component for baking process. Common heating methods include electric heating (electric heating tubes, infrared lamps), fuel heating (diesel burners) and gas heating (natural gas or liquefied gas). The thermostat precisely controls internal temperature: spraying temperature 20-30℃, baking temperature 60-80℃ (adjustable according to coatings).
Control System
Integrated control panel realizes one-click mode switching between spraying and baking. It supports fan start-stop, heating adjustment and time setting. High-end models are equipped with intelligent remote control function.

4. Operation Precautions

Strictly control temperature and time during baking to prevent coating discoloration and workpiece deformation caused by overheating.
Flammable and explosive materials are strictly prohibited inside the booth. Fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment shall be equipped to eliminate fire hazards.
